Dr. Sarker is the CEO and CTO of Waste Technologies, LLC (WTL) since 2013 and he is the sole owner of the company. WTL has been working on any waste turning into green fuel especially building 1st commercialization facility in Bridgeport, CT on Waste Plastic to Low Sulfur Diesel (Patent # US 8,927,797 B2) and he has 5 more patent is pending stage since 2011. Dr. Moinuddin Sarker received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), Manchester, UK. He also has a Masters and a Bachelors degree, both in Chemistry, from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. Dr. Sarker is the inventor of the technology and product entitles: “Method for converting waste plastics to lower – molecular weight hydrocarbons, particularly hydrocarbon fuel materials and the hydrocarbon material produced thereby.” (Patent # US 8,927,797 B2). Dr. Sarker has more 115 research publications and written 6 books including chapters. He is a Chief, Full Editor, Co-Editors, Associate Editors and Reviewers in more than 100 peer review journals in around the globe. Dr. Sarker is a distinguished member of the more than 40 organization or associations such as, Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), UK, American Chemical Society (ACS), American Physical Society (APS), American Institute of Chemical Engineering (AIChE), International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSC), Chemical Institute of Canada (CIC), American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), Cleantech Forum International, Connecticut Technology Council, Alliance for Clean Energy of New York (ACENY), Society of Automobile Engineering (SAE) International, Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), Vermont Renewable Energy, Sierra Club, Greenpeace International, Bangladesh Chemical Society (Life Member), Dhaka, Bangladesh and many more. Thomas J. Webster’s (H index: 84) degrees are in chemical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., 1995) and in biomedical engineering from RPI (M.S., 1997; Ph.D., 2000). Prof. Webster has graduated/supervised over 149 visiting faculty, clinical fellows, post-doctoral students, and thesis completing B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. students. He is the founding editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Nanomedicine (5-year impact factor of 5.03). Prof. Webster is a fellow of AIMBE, BMES, IUSBE, and NAI. He also served as the President of SFB. He has appeared on BBC, NBC, ABC, Fox News, and other news outlets talking about medicine.

Dr. Bharat Bhushan is an Ohio Eminent Scholar and the Howard D. Winbigler Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Dr. Bhushan came to OSU in 1991 after a 15-year career in industry, working primarily for IBM Almaden Research Center. A professor with diverse interests, Dr. Bhushan’s works in biomimetic interface science, surface engineering, nanotribology, and materials research. His research has focused on scanning probe techniques in the interdisciplinary areas of bio/nanotribology, bio/nanomechanics and bio/nanomaterials characterization and applications to bio/nanotechnology, and biomimetics. Dr. Bhushan spent the 2013-2014 year working as an ASME Science Fellow in Congress. His work there focused on policy and funding of various scientific government agencies, setting science and engineering goals for the country, and STEM education. Dr. Bhushan is a prolific author (h-index – 76+; ISI Highly Cited Researcher in Materials Science since 2007 and in Biology and Biochemistry since 2013; ISI Top 5% Cited Authors for Journals in Chemistry since 2011), influencing many different fields. He has authored 8 scientific books, 90+ handbook chapters, nearly 900 scientific papers, and 60+ scientific reports. He has also edited 50+ books and holds 20 U.S. and foreign patents. He was honored and awarded with 22+ (BITS (Pilani) Distinguished Alumni Award to recognize and honor for bringing laurels to their alma mater(2015) , Institution of Chemical Engineers (UK) Global Award for oil-water separation using durable green coatings(2015), Top Ten Science Stories of 2015 - Nanocoated- mesh for Oil-Water Separation (2016) , Ohio State University - Innovators Award for Translation of Research into New products and Technologies (2017).

Research Interest Fundamental studies in the interdisciplinary areas of bio/nanotribology/nanomechanics and nanomaterials characterization in bio/nanotechnology and biomimetics with a focus on scanning probe techniques.

Dr. Feng is an expert in biochemistry and biophysics of metalloproteins. He has authored > 90 scientific manuscripts. He is an active NIH reviewer, and also serves as referee for NSF, AHA, French National Research Agency, and Italian Ministry of Health.

Feng lab is interested in how metal ions play critical structural and functional roles in biological molecules. His primary research focus is on regulation mechanism of nitric oxide synthase (NOS), a flavo-hemoprotein responsible for biosynthesis of nitric oxide (NO), a ubiquitous signaling and effector molecule in mammalian cell biology. A particular strength is the utilization of multidisciplinary approaches, using techniques ranging from biochemical and kinetics to biophysical, to answer specific mechanistic questions. Recent studies of NOS proteins by Dr. Feng suggest that domain motions and interdomain docking play an important role in NOS isoform function by modulating key electron transfer processes. Molecular mechanisms of NOS regulation, once fully understood, are potentially key targets for development of selective new pharmaceuticals for treating a wide range of diseases that currently lack effective treatments.

Cody Coyne is a professor of Molecular Pharmacology and Immunology in the Department of Basic Sciences within the College of Veterinary Medicine where he has established a research program devoted to the molecular design, synthesis and potency evaluation of pharmaceuticals. Current research investigations have been devoted to the design of molecular structure, organic chemistry reactions and multi-phase synthesis regimens for covalent immunopharmaceuticals with properties of selective "targeted" delivery and potent anti-neoplastic cytotoxicity. A native of Colorado, Coyne earned a DVM from Colorado State University in Fort Collins; completed a surgery internship, an internal medicine residency, and a PhD graduate degree (radiobiopharmacology design) at the University of California at Davis/Sacramento Medical Center, and attained board certification with diplomate status in the College of Veterinary Internal Medicine while at Kansas State University.

Dr. Wassil Nowicky — Dipl. Ing., Dr. techn., DDDr. h. c., Director of “Nowicky Pharma” and President of the Ukrainian Anti-Cancer Institute (Vienna, Austria). Has finished his study at the Radiotechnical Faculty of the Technical University of Lviv (Ukraine) with the end of 1955 with graduation to “Diplomingeniueur” in 1960 which title was nostrificated in Austria in 1975. Dr. Wassil Nowicky became the very first scientist in the development of the anticancer protonic therapy and is the inventor of the preparation against cancer with a selective effect on basis of celandine alkaloids “NSC-631570”. He used the factor that cancer cells are more negative charged than normal cells and invented the Celandine alkaloid with a positive charge thanks to which it accumulates in cancer cells very fast. Author of over 300 scientific articles dedicated to cancer research. Dr. Wassil Nowicky is a real member of the New York Academy of Sciences, member of the European Union for applied immunology and of the American Association for scientific progress, honorary doctor of the Janka Kupala University in Hrodno, doctor “honoris causa” of the Open international university on complex medicine in Colombo, honorary member of the Austrian Society of a name of Albert Schweizer. He has received the award for merits of National guild of pharmacists of America. the award of Austrian Society of sanitary, hygiene and public health services and others.
